Our roof was leaking. We have a 10 year warranty and we cannot get in touch with any one in this company to rectify the situation. They do not answer calls or emails. They have not been in the office when we have stopped by.
A small animal chewed a hole on the soffit at one side of my house and a small section of the soffit needs to be replaced. Although it is a small job, Noe (the owner) responded and got the soffit replaced quickly. He has the spirit of putting service ahead of profit and we need more professionals with strong work ethics like Noe has. I certainly trust him for all future roof-related jobs. Highly recommend him.
High quality materials and installation, reliable, kept in touch from the estimate to the completion of the roof. Cleaned up during and after the work. All in all a good experience.
