I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Cervello Wellness was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share. I initially called to schedule a new patient appointment and spoke with a woman who was extremely rude and rushed throughout the conversation. She would not let me ask questions about the provider, and when I asked about therapy services, she did not even seem to know who the therapists were. I was misdiagnosed Bipolar 2 by a provider (Mimi Tyson) in cervello for an entire year and put on Lithium and multiple mood stabilizers all at once. I ended up suffering from major tiredness and fatigue all the time for 6 months but was always denied stimulating meds because I was "bipolar" when in fact now im being treated for ADHD in fact, and finally was put on a stimulant - and am slowly feeling myself go back to the old me.
