The best builder in the Houston area for the dollar. I personally lived in a Cervelle home for 15 years and it was an extremely well built home. The amount of square footage you get for the dollar you spend cant be beat. They have the best garage options with barn garages and second story options. They are the only builder I have seen that will build massive garages for their homes.
Cons: Having this builder our home. The quality of work is poor for the price of the home. They do the bare minimum on building code. The final QA walk, we were told we couldn’t point out anything and the sales lady was the only one that could do it. We would point out cosmetic issues like the dry wall taping coming off and we were told the superintendent wouldn’t fix that.
