I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my whole life. Everything and procedure are in a mess. My husband paid copay in cash and visited Doctor on 12/11/2021. He did not ask a receipt for the copay. In January, He got a bill to tell him to pay the copay. I called billing office twice and nobody answered, so I called main office. Dr. Cervantes is not a good doctor to take elderly patience to. He seems to think they are disposable and does not have compassion when it is time to make difficult decisions.
Excellent medical care. Dr. James Cervantes diagnosed a serious medical condition. In fact, he saved my life.
Doctor easily wrote off my concerns and ordered a bunch of labs without my consent that ran my bill over 200 dollars
Professional, caring, and takes the time to explain complex situations in clear language. His staff reflects his orientation and is supportive and caring.
