The experience has been terrible. Besides the empty promises on broken deadlines, I've even had to contact the corporate office because James' managerial skills were non-existent. Customer service is about how you treat the people that matter and there was no empathy, concern, or solution to my problem. Came in to buy four parts: hood, fender, bumper, and valance. Each piece was brought out, and I loaded into my truck. After all four pieces were loaded, I paid and was on my way. Seven days later, I went to install. Took the steel bumper out of the cardboard, and noticed an quarter sized dent. Obviously, I did not install. Since it was Saturday, I had to wait until Monday to call. When I did call, I was told I was out of luck since I had taken the parts out of the building without opening them first and checking for damage. ... read more
Bought a set of headlights for my mustang a month ago and one fills up with water. They wont exchange it since it has been installed. They are rude and don't care once they got your money. They don't stand behind their parts. I suggest finding a better quality supplier that stands behind the their products.

this place saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! I needed a bumper assembly for my Suburban and was getting $300 quotes just for the chrome piece...at Certifit I got the chrome, both plastic trims, and all 6 brackets for $230...a body shop quoted me $90 and up for the trim pieces...at Certifit they were $20 and $17!!...if you're in Houston and you're not getting body parts at this place you are crazy!!

ever try to do business with someone who is supposed to be the MANAGER and then when you try to speak to him he says call customer service! After doing what he ask now he doesn't want my companies business. how can a MANAGER who want speak to you decide he doesn't want my business. It is one thing to not have a part in inventory, but to tell a customer to check back in 2-3 weeks I feel is a bit much...they were not even able to gurantee the part within that time span...PARTS are your specialty!!! I am not impressed.
