Horrible customer service and very disrespectful. They sold me a defected part and when the mechanic notified me about it, I contacted them back. They were rude and unwilling to accept that the part was defected when I bought it! I tried to get in touch with their supervisor (Michael Zimmerman) who was even more rude and unwilling to give a refund! This place has the worst customer service guys that answer the phone. I used to buy all my aftermarket parts from these guys for the mechanic shop I work at. I just cancelled my last order from them and will never order from you again. I would like the owner of this business to contact me and explain why he allows his employees to act this way. I would fire any of my employees if they ever acted they way these guys allow their employees to act.

Called for a tail light, and was told they dont stock it and hung up. AutoZone at least gave me suggestions on where to find the tail light.
Had exellent service at El Paso store so I'm checking out St. Paul store.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE- SCAM ARTISTS – Do not deal with these people and if you do make sure you see them item you are buying. I ordered parts and told them exactly what was needed. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Brian the "man in charge" is also not easy to work with. If the owner saw how his business was being run he would be sending him to the curb. Again do not lose your hard earned cash to these people!
Thank you Certifit. Great job! – My daughter crashed into our garage and ruined our front bumber. Went to Certifit and in about 5 minutes had a new bumper and 2 suggested paint and installation shops phone numbers and addresses given to me. The services was excellent. Never again going anywhere else.
