I went in to CertiFit parts today to return a part, and realize I had the correct part, just needed another part this guy name Mario was well knowledgeable. He was also very helpful polite and understanding, but he also knew his job very well. Thanks again Mario we need more people in the workforce like you.

Be careful when buying from this company , if you leave the store with a damaged part they will not give you a refund , I m a owner of a body shop and have bought many parts from this company, and i do a lott !!!!! of colision work for insurance ,, but i want be buying anymore this was over a over a bumper cover that was defective , Go to empire they stand behind there parts with no questions

Please stay away from this company. You will lose your money. They have a return policy but you will not be able to get an exchange or your money back. I bought a part on 8/2/ 2024 when I opened it was broken and used. I called immediately to the store on the same date and they told me it was my fault for not checking the part, even though I was buying a brand new part. I went to the store in Salt Lake City and I had a very bad experience with Ruben.I was planning on buying many parts but Ruben was very rude to me. I don't even know how the company can make money with an employee like that. He is Latino yet he hates Latinos. I called three times and he hung up on me. My husband went to this store and bought a hood for more than $500,when he tried to installed in the car the part did not match,he returned to the store and they did nothing to helped him.Today I call the corporate because their return or exchange policy said parts that do not fit can be exchanged or returned.They are not a serious company,they said the part was already damaged,we asked them to check their cameras,so that way they can see the package was already damaged and they refused.They are not a reputable business.DO... read more
