I called them for a mirror . gentleman said they had it . verified it was right and told him to put it on the counter .I showed up about a hour later and guy told me they dont have and are out of stock. No care of the time waisted going there or anything. I said so now I drove 1 hour out of way and he didn't care . said sorry if you dont want to buy from us that is fine. That isn't the way I would like my customers to be treated . wow. other places out there to buy parts from as i service a fleet of over 200 trucks.
I purchased a radiator from this location on 2/17/2020. My car is a 2002 Honda Accord Value Package with a 2.3 liter Engine. Automatic Transmission. I specified this information to the front desk clerk. Earlier in the morning I had also called this warehouse and mentioned that I notice in the Certifit catalog that there were two radiators for my car.
