after reading all these bad reviews about customer service ''''' remember people.. there is always someone over there heads. and you complain tell your herd even if you haft to keep going over heads. trust me it works.

This store is horrible! It have LOT of problems! Employees attitude are horrible! The worst ever in my life! Their parts are horrible too! They have gave me wrong parts, parts that doesn't fit, etc so many times and yet they gave me an angry attitude when I had to return it for refund! Even it is their fault and yet they get so angry at me! HUH! They hardly ever help me but have hurt me more! Price might seems excellent but their quality is horrible as I just explained! Horrible customer service at the Roseville location. Guy named Dustin answered the phone and was being sarcastic about the fact I wasn't talking fast enough because I had to put him on mute to cough. He said, "IIIIII'm listening,,," and starts laughing. I asked, "am I not talking fast enough for you?" He says, "actually, you're not, to be completely honest". I've received decent parts from there before, but will likely never go back due to the treatment.
its the worst Dumbest. after 2 hr couldn t get to on line catalog its just plane stupid. i guess all take my business to Ebay. i just though it would be Easier turns out its a mess. and tell you counter people to B Little more friendlier.
have a shop in the city close to them, and was sent the wrong mirror called them for a return and even ordered something else and driver said sorry i forgot my return papers so they would not take it back and not only once but twice they pulled this crap. been doing biz with them for years so better make sure what you get is right before you pay for it .
I am very grateful for Interstate Auto. Both mirrors (driver and passenger side) were hit at various times. The Ford dealer could not get them to me fast enough and I was able to get them at Interstate Auto very quickly and for a minimal price. I took them to the Ford dealer and they installed them for me. I would recommend Interstate Auto at any time. Call before you go because sometimes they do not carry certain parts.
I went there a few days ago looking for a tail light for a Hyundai Sonata. The KID behind the counter was leaning against the wall with his eyes closed not doing a DAMN THING! It is very unfortunate that businesses like this have a LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE? This person had no interpersonal skills at all! On top of that he was no help at all! My visit was Friday 15 May 2015 at approximately 10:40 a.m.
I wonder how this place stays open. today I was treated so badly and rude by this person that works there. I asked him a normal question, and he responded, with the utmost disrespectful manner, that one wonders, what did I do? this bald, asshole, made me feel reduced to nothing. I hope that enough people get together and teach them a lesson
