Please stay away from this company. You will lose your money. They have a return policy but you will not be able to get an exchange or your money back. I bought a part on 8/2/ 2024 when I opened it was broken and used. I called immediately to the store on the same date and they told me it was my fault for not checking the part, even though I was buying a brand new part. I called corporate too and the told they will get back to me. No one did, so I called on 8/5/2024 and they told me the same thing. That it was my fault. I re... read more

Great parts and cheap.sometimes it was cheaper to buy the part new from certifit than it was getting them used from pullapart or lkq.friendly staff and good knowledge. A lil busy at times.so may have a lil wait time but it's worth it for the savings.
The experience has been terrible. Besides the empty promises on broken deadlines, I've even had to contact the corporate office because James' managerial skills were non-existent. Customer service is about how you treat the people that matter and there was no empathy, concern, or solution to my problem. The only thing I received in a time of need, was a rude, over-talking, condescending, conflict-oriented, tasteless manager with no tact.
