Unfortunately, another example of a company that preys upon victims of an insurance claim. Continuous examples of not caring how the customer feels by not arriving for an appointment that had been scheduled, not even considering a phone call. Early on, not returning initial phone calls should have been a warning sign…this guy has no consideration for the customer or their time.

I was very happy with how John and his team handled drying out my basement and removing the mold. They started the job just 2 hours after providing an estimate, were efficient and knowledgeable, communicated well, and at a price that was a third of some of the other quotes I got.
