Juan and his team did a great job of removing two big trees and cleaning up branches and brush under the multiple oaks. He also suggested trimming trees that were hanging over our roof and gutters, which he took care of. They left the property in great shape. All of this was at a reasonable price. We were even left us some wood chips and firewood. I highly recommend Juan, his team and Certified Tree Service INC!

They ran my final payment check through twice. I tried to give them a chance to reimburse me but no response. I’m having to go through my bank to recover the $926 they owe me. Very poor customer service after the sale.

Alex gave me a great rate, we set our appointment. He later reached out the day of and cancelled. I asked him to reschedule , he said he would get back to me and never did. I followed up within the next couple days and he still ignored my efforts. At the end of the day it just felt really unprofessional and he lacked communication. Company’s loss, for money and a great review.

Tony and his team did a great job cutting the tree in our backyard around power lines. Grinded the stump out and left everything very clean. He also suggested potential replacement trees and care tips. Highly recommend for tree care.
