One of my oaks has a fungus on a small area of the tree. Another arborist had suggested I might want to remove the tree but was somewhat noncommittal about whether it was necessary. A friend recommended that I contact Ty because they had a good experience with him. My experience with him was great. Ty came out within two days and assured me it was not necessary given the isolated growth and the type of tree. Took a 550 dollar deposit in Nov of 2021 now it’s March 2022… haven’t heard from them. Called to get money refunded and I get a “well call you back.” DO NOT USE. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT OR LEAVE A DEPOSIT
