I have been in retail management, Corporate management And have managed political campaigns. So when I come across a company with as much integrity that Certified Transmission in Santee has, it stops me in my tracks.... Service, Integrity, Sincerity, Honesty, Timely, And fair in price... They built a custom transmission for my Toyota Highlander, here in the USA! This is the only company that I've been able to write this type of testimony for... Pretty random to be leaving this review now, but got my transmission replaced here on my 2011 Ford Fusion back in 2019. Haven’t had issues since and my car is still kicking 100k miles later. The shop communicated well with all my available options and believe I end up paying in total around $2.5k for a low mileage used transmission they found.
Dennis operates a very fair and completely honest business. Even though we live miles away, with numerous alternatives close by, we'll choose Certified Transmission for our diagnosis and repair needs. Thank you very kindly for restoring our trust in auto repair business.
Took my ‘19 F350 Super Duty in for tranny issues. Ended up having to replace it. Can’t say enough about Dennis and his crew. They did a great job. Truck runs like new. Unfortunately can’t say the same about my extended warranty company but that’s a whole other issue and story. I would recommend Certified Transmission unequivocally. Great folks, great service. A+++
