Saved me thousands $$$ when Ford dealership diagnosed a need for transmission replacement, they found plugged cats. Even changed ignition parts (that I purchased) - at no cost - to confirm their assessment. Unquestionably fair, honest and trustworthy!
Do not do business with Certified Transmission, the owner, Dean Kuhn, previously owned Oceanside transmission and closed shop after selling dozens of products with warranties that became invalid when he closed his shop, costing many, including myself THOUSANDS of dollars. Oceanside transmission was sued time and time again, this is public record on the San Diego county court website. Poor businessman and shady business practices. He does not communicate and will leave you in the dust. Avoid at all costs!!

Pretty random to be leaving this review now, but got my transmission replaced here on my 2011 Ford Fusion back in 2019. Haven’t had issues since and my car is still kicking 100k miles later. The shop communicated well with all my available options and believe I end up paying in total around $2.5k for a low mileage used transmission they found.
