Do not trust them. They do not stand behind their work. I had my 97 C1500 transmission rebuilt there and they did not do it correctly. I have put 4000 miles on it since the rebuild and it recently started leaking. When i got under it I noticed that the linkage was held together by wire and all the transmission pan bolts we not even hand tightened. When I called they said it was out of warranty despite the fact that the job was not done correctly. Now they want me to do a full transmission replacement again. Avoid this place ... read more
Called several local transmission shops for estimates but found Certified Transmission had a good price to replace my 2003 Highlander transmission with a used one considering it had 205k on it. Mario was great and they sent a tow truck on Monday to pick in up in a short time. Once the transmission was delivered at the shop it was installed and I picked up my vehicle on Friday of the same week. My invoice was the same price that Mario initially quoted me. This place truly does phenomenal CERTIFIED TRANSMISSION work. I have a 2011 Buick Lacrosse Black on Black. I’m so happy that they fixed it. They have competitive prices. The staff was very hospitable and professional. I received my car in a timely manner. They very communicative through the repairing process.
