Tracy is such an awesome man. Very old school and I loved it. Seems like I’ve called every shop in Hawaii and all of them were too busy to give me the time of day for even a diagnosis and try to schedule 4-6 weeks out. Tracy took my keys on the spot and ran his computer to see if there were any glaring issues completely complementary. Extremely thankful for people like him.
I very highly recommend Certified Transmission Differential. I have a 2005 Grand Cherokee Jeep that began making noises from the rear differential area. The grinding noise became so noticeable and concerning that I had it towed to Windward Jeep dealership. The vehicle stayed there for 5 weeks, a estimated repair bill of approximately 7 thousand was provided to me, however I was told the repairs could not be made as the Jeep parts distribution could not provide the necessary parts. I am so grateful for Tracy. I’ve been having a strange leak with my 2009 Tacoma for a while, turns out it was my transmission hose. I was quoted 800 dollars in town and called around looking for a second opinion. He picked up, met me the same day and was very flexible with when I was able to bring the car in to fix the hoses for 3/4 of the price. Called many transmission shops on the island and this shop was able to do it the very next day. I was dealing with the infamous chevy shudder and Certified was able to fix the issue in a few days. I highly recommend to bring your vehicles here since customer service and craftmanship is top notch.
