These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. They quoted a price upfront and provided a completion date. They did a fantastic job replacing the transmission and engine mounts in my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. I also took the 3 yr/100,000 Nationwide warranty. Price was as quoted and job completed on time. I took the vehicle back after driving 300 miles for them to check their work. Thank you Chris, Andrew, John and staff. VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Chris did an excellent job explaining everything and the process. Dropped off my car prior to work and it was done before I was through with my day. Had the transmission oil and filter changed. I am hoping to get another 150,000 out of my car and I know this was a great decision to help make that happen.

I went in to certified transmission because my car wouldn't come out of neutral. They helped me get my car towed there. It only took just a few minutes for them to figure it out. I was extremely happy they fixed my problem and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I would recommend Certified Transmission. They do a great job for a reasonable price.
Well I must say this place is awesome to get your transmission worked on and it was very affordable and Chris at the front desk was out of this world with his hospitality and makes you feel like family and not just a customer so I'll again this place rocks
