These folks were very professional and reassuring as they ran diagnostics on my car when the transmission light came on. They kept me informed every step of the way and seemed to really care about what was happening. Not only that, but my regulars mechanics referred me to them because they were so booked up and knew I would be taken very good care of. They were right!
I found the technicians very professional and knowledgeable. They explained my car's problems and what needed to be done. So thankful I'm able to keep my old car running and in good shape. Honest and fair shop.

Overpriced work that didn’t fix the problem
A reputable company does not intentionally damage transmissions currently in vehicles in an attempt to sell new ones. Omaha Transmission fixed the modulator that Certified jammed metal shavings into for way less than a new transmission would have cost. Certified refused to do ANYTHING other than a complete replacement.
They were very kind and I was treated with respect and dignity. I would recommend them to everyone.
Kirk and his staff are awesome! I had my company box truck towed to his shop late on a holiday week and they were able to replace my transmission in less than two days. You guys definitely saved the day for this small business owner! I highly recommended this store and will be back in the future! Thanks for all your hard work guys!
