Had my AWD serviced on my 2011 dodge charger rt awd. They had it for less then 2 hrs and I had it back with everything working properly. They didn't break the bank either. Highly recommend!!
My car broke down on a road trip and they were the best! I basically dropped it with them while they were closed but they were professional, friendly, and while my car wasn’t worth fixing, they also helped me coordinate it getting picked up & towed away while I was states away. Helpful consistently when I called, always friendly, and overall a great experience - despite not being there with them!
They worked with us and our warranty amazingly! The warranty gave us a really hard time and wanted to pay pennies compared to what was owed. Certified Transmission made sure we were able to make it work and took care of all the communication. Would absolutely use them again.
I bought a cheap little economy car as a second vehicle and planned on doing the all the maintenance myself. I quickly realized the transmission (cvt) fluid flush was beyond my ability. I've always been reluctant to pay someone to do routine maintenance on my vehicles. The service advisor thoroughly explained the process and I was happy to have the job done here. Never felt pressured and they didn't try to scare me into having the service done, as other shops have in the past. Good people!!
Wow I am speechless! Took my car in 12/03. They notified me my transmission came in on 12/08. Sent me a text on 12/09 that my car was ready! They are very quick, every other place I called before coming here quoted me 2-3 weeks and I was stressing out because I can’t be without a car that long! This place is amazing, very nice people, very friendly, very quick service!
