Im quite certain that they know their profession. My issue is that I went in to get a quote. This was about 25 years ago and on a tight budget. When they gave me the quote I said thank you but I will go elsewhere. The man behind the counter gave me a scowl and said, SO, YOU ARE JUST GOING TO PASS YOUR PROBLEMS ON TO ANOTHER PERSON, that really turned me against certified transmission. I took my 2010 Dodge Journey to Certified Transmission because it would not shift out first gear. They got me in that day. They called me later that afternoon and told me what the problem was. They communicated effectively and were very well knowledgeable about there specialty. My car was ready to be picked up 2 days later. When I went to leave it had the same symptoms for what I brought it in for. Fortunately they looked at it right away and realized it was a wiring harness issue and fixed it within an hour at no cost. Really pleased. They helped answer all of my questions. Seemed really thorough and provided all possible options. We were rushing for a trip, and they ended up getting me in sooner than scheduled to try to help out! Friendly staff. Over all I would 100% recommend!
