The manager who hired me retired like a month later, then the owner came in and met me for the first time. He demanded that I cut my hair off ( I have dreadlocks with an undercut that I keep in a bun) or I would not be welcome to continue my employment. I had already been working, (and doing very well) for SIX WEEKS with my hair like this since before my interview. The owner has a Napoleon complex, is incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. Exposed a little of your true character today eh Petey?
