I suggest you find a different shop, extremely slow 2 hours to change a tire. Customer service was in desirable I had to ask what needed to be repaired. Waited for a part which was 5 minutes away. Run don't walk to a different tire dealer. town and country tire in Victorville had all four tires and an alignment onu wife's car done within an hour. Certified took over 2 hours to change one tire. Save your self some frustration.
This review must be taken seriously, as I was there same day. They have a very good way of presenting themselves as sincere, but even a better way of explaining what your car needs as they include, unfortunately, a very slick and unethical way of making you feel that you would be an utter fool if you decline to have their suggested repairs done.
