I brought my car in for a tire repair slow leak. I was in an hurry and had to drive to work in Rancho Mirage, which is a long drive. Ryan and his mechanic quickly proceeded to fixing the leak that was causing the tire to lose air. I want to recognize this crew at this location for their great service, honesty, and quick turn around. Thank you so much.
Excellent and honest service! I had a flat tire and they fixed it right there! The other tire shops only wanted to sell me new tires. Ryan the manager and his team were very helpful and HONEST! When I need new tires I will absolutely be coming here.

I went in for an oil change, which included a tire rotation as part of the service. The oil change was done, but the tire rotation clearly wasn’t. I know the position of my tires before the appointment, and nothing had changed afterward. When I called to ask about it, the staff couldn’t confirm if the rotation had actually been done. They told me to come back so they could take care of it—but that’s frustrating. It should’ve been done the first time.
