I had some pretty serious issues with my car. Friends highly recommended Tire choice in Spring Valley so I went there. This was one of the best experiences. I’ve had very courteous and listen to your concerns. Explain what was going on with my car with the test for and fix my car and for a reasonable price. Ran out of options cause my truck that I recently just bought new tires from were out of balance not once but three times. I won’t throw that place under the bus just yet. But Keith took me in on short notice and tried everything he could to get the balance/ alignment right. They definitely found some issues but due to driving on the tires for the amount of time I did, it was too late. They jumped through hoops to try to make it right. I dont recomed this place took my ford flex to get service Walk out with new tires but not with my problem fixed that I walk in the first place. They had couple times (2 days)waiting on my car they didnt fix my car and kept saying I would get a call to come in and fix my car I had to keep calling and nothing. I will take my car and pay someone else to do the work. Really upseating and made me waste lots of days
Your great deal from Groupon charged an additional 33 dollars the deal is fake. The dealership online coupon same price no hidden fees. I had to pay additional fees because your office or Groupon would not refund fees.
Ridiculous!!! Don't come here .. I had an appointment at 9am Sunday 5/25 . Guy didn't show up till after 9am. . First one here . And they helped someone else . 25 minutes later finally they tell me it's gonna take an hour for them to do a simple oil change .. you kidding me ? You guys think people are on your time? . Don't waste your time here
