Daniel took my car in without an appointment and got it fixed within 30 mins .. they even had to slip their lunch .. I am truly amazed at their dedication and customer service.. because I couldn’t find any tire shop open in Sunday and none of them picked my call.. so truly thank u
Jayden was very professional and assisted with 4 full tire replacements, alignment, and wheel stud replacement. The 4 tires I wanted they didn’t have in stock but he was able to check other locations that had them in stock and had them delivered to their store within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me with anything and I’m very appreciative of his professionalism. The team was able to complete everything at a reasonable timeframe. Big shout out to Jayden and the team at the Pleasanton location.

We had a sudden blowout of our right rear tire on our AWD Toyota Highlander while doing 75 mph on a nearby freeway. While changing to my spare tire we made a call to the nearest tire shop and spoke to Jay in Pleasanton. He got us in right away and replaced our tire, put the spare back under the chassis and cleaned up our cargo area. Nothing but praise for the service and especially for Jay, the service manager, who was very friendly and professional. It allowed us to be on our way home to Reno in good time.? Thank you.
I got a flat tire on Sunday morning and this was one of the only places open to help that day. From setting up the appointment, all the way to pick up, the process was smooth and easy. Jayden was the manager who helped me, he was professional, friendly, and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the service. Drove away on a brand new, affordable tire! Will be back next time I need tires, even if other shops are open that day.
