Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Return I had a flat tire and went to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers in Pleasanton, where I had previously opted for their road hazard service—expecting that if a tire couldn’t be repaired, it would be replaced. 6/5 stars if we could. We were on a road trip and pulled in with a rapidly deflating tire. They were about to see us immediately, patch the tire, and get us back on the road in 30 minutes. They were so helpful, polite, and expedient. Thanks so much Tire Choice Auto Service Center!
I'm extremely pleased with the service I receive from Tire Choice in Pleasanton and will continue to have my cars serviced there. The manager Mike has passed "the honesty test" many times and never tries to gouge his customers. Dave the mechanic always goes the extra mile. Got my door fixed today they were fast and friendly HOW EVER had my boyfriend come and pay before yall closed came back after 8 pm after I got off work to find my window left open im not sure if that was an accident or if it’s part of getting the door fixed and if it’s part of getting door fixed that needs to be communicated I would have made arrangements to not have my car left unattended for several hours and because of that I won’t be a returning customer
