Today my experience at Tire Choice was catered to in excellence by the attendant, Andre, who was assisting me. I rent through hertz and get maintenance often and it’s never a fun process but as soon as I walked into tire choice after going to 4 other shops and seeing them be dreadfully busy with endless wait times, I get to tire choice and sense amazing quality customer service skills coming from Andre. The manager at this location doesn’t know basic business respect. I set an appointment for today at 12 which I assumed would be honored but once I arrived on time I was treated like I was stupid for questioning why someone else was being tended to during my reserved appointment. What he needs to do is find more mechanics to fill the other five empty stalls he has in the back so he doesn’t run into this problem again.
Just wanna mention Cori amazed Me with his customer service, his honesty and his ability to take care of my car. Jance was so helpful & took the time to make my car was in tiptop shape !
