Excellent customer service
I drive past this place every day on the way to my shop. The facility is always clean and has nice cars in the parking lot. I called this place in a bit of an emergency situation. My girlfriend’s tire was flat and beyond repair, I called and spoke with Kayla, who was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. According to Google and the people who answer the phone they do SMOG CHECKS, but when you call in it turns out they DON'T do smog checks.
Horrible went 123 times first time tech wasn't available 2nd went 1hr before closing and had me come back. 3rd came back to a lady why would do have a lady as a specialist im pretty sure most likely shops daughter but let me tell you how inexperienced she is i explained to her i replaced all parts for the alignment and told her I took.it to a place where they did a horrible job no laser just measured old school and did a horrible job so me explaining this to the lady who's name I didn't get not to mentioned had a nasty attit... read more
