James was very professional, patiently answering all our questions and clearly explaining our options. Great customer service!
James is GREAT! Really cares about his customers! My car broke down 7 hours from home and he kept his shop open late on a Sunday to repair my car so I was not stranded. Could not be more thankful to have found him! If I lived in the area I would certainly go back. Strongly recommend!
This place burns customers especially woman, my daughter went in june 26th for brand new tires were august 27th and her tires are bald .they look like they were used tires . She doesn't drive it far but to work which is 10 mins and gym or store literally local. Was charged $904 on a firstone credit card. I will take pics later im not home . Still has to pay off this debt for used tires !! Not right at all.
Friendly staff, overpriced for a tire patch
James truly goes above and beyond for customers what could have been a horrible night with a flat tire 15 minutes before the shop closed he kept it open and helped me and my 2 dogs out so much, couldn’t recommend this shop enough!
