This place is absolutely horrible! I do not recommend. I went in with a Groupon for oil change. I was told that I had to use a different kind of oil and that it would be $88 but I could use the Groupon as a credit towards the charge. When they printed the receipt it was for $88. So it's $88 in addition to the cost I paid for the Groupon which was 50.
Thank you for accommodating me right away! The manager is very kind. Originally, I was supposed to have my tire installation done at Walmart however the next available appointment was for 3 days from now. I called Tire Choice to get my tire swapped out there and within 20 minutes of getting there, everything was complete. No appointment needed! Truly appreciate you all so much! Thanks for helping to make a sour situation better :)
These guys r honestly the best ever! I’m not from around here im from Los Angeles and came out to San Diego to do a course and my car tire just took a sh.t and I got it towed there, they guys literally helped me out and I canmot thank them enough David was one of the guys that helped and two more just dnt remember there names but big thanks to u guys i really appreciate the kindness and great customer service i was there crying and sad that my car just had to break down somewhere im not familiar with but with the help of the... read more
I called this business for a nail removal in my tire. The employee on the phone told me to come in immediately and gave me a price of 45 dollars. Upon arrival, I was NOT greeted for 15 minutes, and there were no employees at the register. After waving an employee down, he informed me of a TWO hour wait time, to remove a nail from my tire. There was a cheaper and quicker business nearby.
