My pier and beam house was showing signs of wear. There were cracks in a wall and ceiling and a door would not close. It's a pier beam structure originally constructed in the 1940s. Bill came to the house promptly and gave us quote that was very reasonable. Certified's crew came in a few weeks and did an outstanding job of adding piers, reinforcing failing beams, adding floor joists and leveling the floor of the house.
