Special ordered wire rope cable on Thursday of last week for Guaranteed availability of this past Tuesday. I contacted the West Palm Beach office Tuesday morning and was told they were waiting on their delivery truck. I was later called and told the 7/8 by 20 wire rope was lost in transit. I was then offered a cable without a slideshow Kerr and I explained to the manager that is the reason why ordered the slideshow Kerr because I cannot use a plain cable.
