This place sure went down hill in a hurry. The simplest tasks take forever. Lead time is never as quoted, rarely call you when order is complete. I waited weeks for chain binders once! Really? Now after the Bishop merger it’s only gotten worse. Called with a Bishop part # I needed to get a response of “that’s not a good number” well that’s funny as I can order it on Bishops website. Same products are cheaper even after shipping with less lead time on the website. Do better
