I used Certified air for many years them , my system didnt have issues for years - then when I called I was told they couldnt help me, I was shocked because i needed them and was willing to buy a new furnace with them but they said they were unable to help. my system did need replacement and i felt abandoned by a company i truly trusted. I am writing this because i had to buy a furnace from another company and i miss certified air.

Have used this company for over 25 years but never again. Slow response and was charged for something I should not have been charged for.

Not sure whether or not I got taken advantage because I'm a divorced stay-at-home mom and don't have a husband to handle the situation. I was told I needed a new thermostat which was quoted at $1000. I found two online for $200, but he told me they were used and he couldn't guarantee it. He offered me a new thermostat by Honeywell which I found online for $122. But, I was charged almost $400 for thermostat that doesn't do what my original one did. But, seriously, who has $1000 for a thermostat? I just wanted my heat back on ... read more
