RV repairs are a fact of life and dealers can keep your RV for weeks or months. And the quality of work is uneven. After leaving Jayco Factory this morning after having 2 days of work done, we rolled down the window to take a toll ticket and the window would not go back up. We were blessed to find Certified RV Repair on Google within 6 miles where Brandon (Certified RV Tech) and Shanon (service advisor) were our saving grace and got it rolled up. We were told it is a Freight Liner electrical box in the door. He was able to rule out the motor and stated it was an electrical issue in the door. Absolutely great experience with Shannon and Scott and the crew at Certified. They did a great job on converting my tank water heater to a tankless. They definitely did a professional job and it looks great. They came in exactly on budget and right on their estimate. I have about a 90 mile drive to get to them but I will definitely use them in the future.
We bought our first Hauler truck (Utility Body Werks) and Luxe fifth wheel in 2024. The customer service that we have experienced from the sales dept. to the warranty dept. has exceeded any expectations that we could imagine. We have been treated as if we were family and everyone has gone out of their way to insure that all Items were addressed. If I ever had a doubt about buying a Luxe it has been removed.
