EXCELLENT service and repairs!!!! Brock Brandon and the painter are top notch and Shannon got all the paperwork coordinated efficiently. All the other customers I spoke with while I was waiting for my repairs also gave high praise. If you need any repairs done to your Luxe it is worth the drive from anywhere to get it done here.
Had a couple slide toppers replaced, both main slides DS and off door side adjusted and a few other items taken care of Dropped the coach off a d picked up a week later. Everything taken care of by Scott. He went above and beyond with everything he did can't say enough about Scott and certified 1st class all the way
I needed an emergency appointment to get a passenger side mirror installed after a tractor-trailer removed it from my coach. Certified RV Repair let me ship it to them from Red Bay, tracked it, and got me in first thing in the morning. They also repaired a leveling system fault. Great folks and great service.
They are the BEST ! Every member of their team was highly professional! They found the source of a water leak and were able to repair all of the damage this had created. They answered all of my questions and were cost effective and efficient. I can recommend them without reservation !
After stopping and doing a plant tour at the RV factory, I was doing an inspection on my trailer and saw that my brake lines were rubbing and getting cut from the MORryde. Independent suspension and my independence suspension springs were cracked. I called mORryde and they said that if the crack is more than 3/4 inches deep and 3 inches wide that they should be replaced mine were anywhere from a quarter inch to maybe 5/8 of an inch deep but were well over 3 inches wide so I ordered the parts and talk to Scott the shop forema... read more
