Scott, Shannon and Broc all worked together to complete the repairs our 2021 LUXE and get us back out on the road. Slide motor replaced, slides realigned, gray tank valve replaced. Got us right into the shop on time, out the door when promised. Scott answered all our questions about the repairs and did excellent work. 100% satisfied with CRV.
Great communication, the repair was finished on time, called with some suggested items we hadn't thought of. Great people to work with! Just wanted to add that we have been here twice now and both times have received exceptional service. They saved us some money for repairs that didn't need to be done and also stayed late to finish up a last minute issue. Special thanks to Scott!
I need to begin by saying that we had a terrible experience in 2024, when we had a number of issues that did not get done correctly and we had to fix them ourselves after the fact and they still charged us. I was reluctant to go back, but one repair had to be done there. The experience this time was much, much better! Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and most importantly, all of it was done correctly! They also acknowledged our previous bad experience and made it right!
Brok and team did a great job diagnosing and resolving my water pump issue on my Qwest Entegra RV. Great job guys.
These guys are the best! I can’t say enough about Brock, Brandon, Scott, Roger, Sam, Jim, Tod and Shannon! We were in for warranty work, plus “extras” on our list…Sometimes it takes a minute but in the end, we always leave happy! Getting it done right is what matters and CRV always does! See you guys next year!
