I emailed Ken about fixing a propane problem I was having with our 2015 Roadtrek Zion. No stove, no hot water, full propane tank. He responded within 2 hours. He offered a DIY solution. It took me about 10 minutes and I was back in business. Willing to help, a true helpful craftsman.
Ken us on time and so very helpful! He replaced my 2 slide out awnings and fixed our electric steps! It was done quick and affordable 🥰
I went camping for Columbus Day weekend 2023 and I had no hot water. When trying to turn on the water heater, neither electric or gas would kick in, and a red light came on stating I had a problem. Ken was able to schedule me in, 1st thing this season in April (2024) to repair the water heater. Ken was able to find the problem (bad wire) and repair it within a couple of hours after finding the problem.
