I would highly recommend Jeremy to any buyer considering an older property. He no sooner stepped out of his vehicle and pointed out that the sagging porch on this home that was built in 1915 coincided with a sag in the roof. Among many of the problems that we suspected were some pricy surprises in his report, including a foundation failure. After crawling under the building clear to the opposite side and bringing out pictures on his phone of multiple cracks in the concrete foundation some 1/2 inch wide.

I called Jeremiah at 7am on a Friday expecting to get an answering service, he answered and agreed to squeeze me in that late afternoon...he is extreamly professional and knowledgable, his report saved me from making a very poor decisions...I was able to get out of the escrow with ease and a return of my deposit. I used him a week later on another purchase and feel very confident going forward with the escrow. I highly recommend him to everyone makimg a realestate purchase.

my wife and I flip homes on a regular basis. In the past we have used many home inspectors. On July 12th certified residential inspections inspected a property for us in Lake Arrowhead. Jeremy Johnson was the inspector who performed inspection for us. within the first 5 minutes of the inspection it was apparent his knowledge far exceeded previous inspectors.
