Ughhh what a terrible experience! Stay away. Maybe the homes are decent, but the management company needs to gain some organizational skills. This company is just out for your money! My roommate and I were looking to rent a house. We found an "updated" home that was within our price range. The gal that showed us the house suggested we call the owner and let him know we were interested.
