The concept of a home inspection in the home construction was new to us. From start to finish our home inspection experience was fantastic! Rachel answered all my questions with ease and confidence during the scheduling process and Jason displayed the same professionalism and knowledge during the inspection and when answering my questions about the report. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else and will use them for any future needs I have with my homes.
We were building a new home in Babcock Ranch and needed a pre drywall and pre closing inspection. I checked with my neighbors and Certified was the recommendation. Jason provided great detail with photos and a quality write up. Only one real issue that was identified. Builder agreed and came up with a perfect solution.
