We were approaching our one year warranty inspection with our builder and decided to have our own inspection done first. Megan and team were very thorough. We provided the home inspection report to the warranty team and I'm happy to say that we are getting things done. Blatantly unprofessional, inept, and unqualified. Inspector(s) had no clue as to what they were inspected and provided an entirely inaccurate submission. Check Florida licensing complaints. Follow up comments underscore lack of professionality and extraordinary incompetence.

I have used Certified Property Inspections twice and both times have received comprehensive reports that enabled me to quickly get results and repairs from my builders. Megan, the owner, provides detailed information and pictures: what was inspected, what is needed for corrective action and documentation of all areas of the home including the areas that fully pass inspection.
