Megan Keith provides an excellent service with a thorough and comprehensive home inspection. She and her associate pointed out items we would have never though to look for or notice with our new built home. We higher recommend her to for a new home (before 1 yr warranty expires) or an older home inspection.
Megan was able to get us in the next day in Port St. Lucie for an inspection. She was extremely detailed in her report and photos. She really was able to help us make an informed decision on the house we were under contract with. We ultimately decided not to purchase the house, so we will be calling Megan with Certified Property Inspections for our next home. Highly recommend.

We had an initial inspection of our home when we purchased the home, performed by another inspection company. Certified Property Inspections perform another inspection prior to our one year warranty expired. The inspection performed by Certified seemed more thorough and in depth than the first inspection. This inspection resulted in over 20 additional items to be repaired.
