I lived in an apt managed by these guys a few years. My roommate was actually the landlord's daughter and we still had a bad time. These guys ignored our request for getting back our deposits, or out right lied when I emailed and called. I was told that my check was in the mail or getting ready to be sent every time I called. This went on for months before our landlord bypassed Certified Properties and just paid us with his money. For student tenants: DO NOT stay in any apartment managed by these guys.
