I recently purchased a used Cadillac LYRIQ from OMS Cadillac (Ontario Motor Sales), and the experience was excellent. Ryan McNutt, Bryan Gleeson, and Zinovii Hula were communicative and professional. They took the time to answer questions and kept the process very transparent. Delivery was handled smoothly, and the team made the experience easy. I would definitely recommend them.

Tyrone Chiasson was a very friendly and helpful sales person, I did not feel pressured to purchase like at many other used cars shops. Absolute 5 star service from OMS. I called to view an Audi I seen online, spoke with Tyler and he passed me straight onto the team in the used car department to set up a test drive that day. Granville and Ryan from the used car department were really friendly, not pushy and seemed very honest and genuine salesmen.
