Certified Pool & Spa have built 2 pools and a hottub for my business and they are first class. We have had nothing but great experiences with everyone from the sales staff through the construction phase and beyond. The owners are genuinely concerned about providing a first class product for their customers. I would recommend Wayne Sr. and Wayne Jr. to anyone wanting to build a new pool or hot tub.
Shout out to the most wonderful and creative pool company on the planet! They absolutely blew my wife and I away with their creativity and professional approach to our yard upgrade! Fabulous staycation location! If you’re thinking about a pool, spa or spool, we highly recommend Wayne and Debby as your go to pool contractor. Excellent service after the sale!

I have a hot spring hot tub that is still under warranty and certified pools refuse to repair my hot tub for no reason . I would think twice before buying from then because if you need repairs good luck

Our tech was dispatched and went through and estimated everything that was needed to get the spa working. When you were called back with the estimate you decided that you would do the work yourself.
