Failed miserably controlling spiders at our house on Lake Erie. One of the worst providers we have ever had. Spider control on the lake is not their wheelhouse.
Whenever I would have a tech come by, there was a big deal made about me wanting these techs to put on fresh shoe/boot covers. The main tech (as sometimes 2 came), would feel that he can walk all throughout outside, etc.. only to come into my home without switching covers. Most times he doesn’t wear them at all. I believe me pushing the issue shook things up a bit so I’m pleased with that. Nah! Not happening. I informed Him that I saw him come out of someone’s home who has cats. Tim was phenomenal. Super super nice guy and super super knowledgeable and he enjoys every minute of what he does. I would come to you guys If needed in a heartbeat Also, whoever answers your phone is awesome too.
Yellow jackets in the second story soffit, heavy activity. George was on-time, professional and courteous. He explained what he would be doing before he did it, and discussed the expected results and timing. He answered my questions and this was a good experience. A day later, and no traces of yellow jacket activity since about an hour after application. Well done!
