I recently had my sprinkler controller showing error codes that I could not find. Kevin, from Certified Outdoor Solutions , LLC. came out, diagnosed the issue, and had me up and running in less than an hour. Kevin was extremely communicative about scheduling and arrival times. I would definitely recommend Kevin and Certified Outdoor Solutions if you have any sprinkler issues.
I highly recommend this sprinkler irrigation company. They repaired a clogged line and a sprinkler head damaged during a flood. The repair had to be completed before we could sell the house, so Certified stepped up by shuffling their schedule. Our local real estate rep was also very impressed with their service person and how quickly Certified responded. This service company is a keeper.
After moving into my house, found that the irrigation system was a hot mess. Kevin with certified outdoor solution got the sprinkler system working. Then followed up. With any tweaking that needed to be done. He was always very punctual. I wish all contractors was conscientious as he is. Would highly recommend him.
Kevin is a rare find! He is an honest professional who proactively offered information about a possible issue with our sprinklers! He was right! The City had turned off the reclaimed water and there was nothing wrong with our sprinklers! If we are ever in need of sprinkler work you know we will call him! They were supposed to come back to finished a sprinkler they missed. They never did.
