Why would I want a pedicure in ice cold water? You're sorry. No you're not. You knew you had no hot water when I walked in the door and told you there were two of us. You allowed me to put my foot in cold water. Total disrespect. You think we're so desperate for a pedicure that we would accept cold water? You may be desperate for the dollar but don't play us for fools. Wash your towels after hours or have enough towels to provide services for the entire day. You must be certified crazy. Older women in the front near the desk cannot do nails at all. I went there about three times and each time I did she just did whatever. Idk if the other young lady that speaks really good English usually at the front as well is an owner or what but she does nothing and only takes her regular clients any other people that come she sends them to whoever this happen to me 3xs . This is the second time that I've gotten my nails done and the gel polish is chipping not even a week after getting them done. I'm not wasting another dollar. The first set was $67 and the second set was $40. That's too much money wasted.
