The poor service I received is hard to believe. Having had my sons car serviced there, I talked about my customized Jeep and they said they had a top quality Jeep specialist that can work on customized 4x4s. I needed transfer case cables adjusted as the Jeep wouldn't go into 4Lo. When I got the Jeep back, it still didn't go into 4Lo, and now wouldn't go into 4Hi!
