Ray came highly recommended. Even with some financial issues Ray was able to get me financed at a better rate than other used car dealerships. Another car at a different lot I was looking at needed tires, the owner also advised that parts can wear on a used vehicle and there's no way to know if a part is about to go. Basically it's a chance you take. A little over a month ago, I was in a car accident on a Monday, and by Friday, Ray and the team at Certified Motors had me in a new car. Even in that short time, Ray was beyond helpful, did not push, or rush me into making a decision. That kind of stuff goes beyond customer service, and speaks to the kind of people there are at Certified. The Ford Escape I purchased was my second car through them, and hopefully, (on better circumstances than needing one after an accident) it will not be my last car from Certified Motors.
