After receiving information from other mold inspectors (after Certified came out to test our house) I found out that not only was I outrageously overcharged for their services, but the Mold Remediation company they recommended (All American Restoration/Homecleanse) was directly affiliated with Certified Mold Inspectors, which they themselves told me was a conflict of interest and not allowed in their field. Pros: They were able to come out within a couple of days and identified an issue that wasn’t on our radar. Extensive testing was done and a through report was written. Cons: 4 weeks to get the results. Was delivered a day later then promised at 9pm on a Friday, further delaying the process of remediating. Took nearly 2 weeks for samples to make it to the lab. Slow to respond once inspection was completed.

Great work. Their mold removal work was worth appreciating. I was impressed with how they treated me when I visited their office. After listening to the mold problem, they shared their ideas for handling the situation.
