We had Certified Moisture Testing out to do an Intrusion test on our house. The worker did not fill all the holes before he left and he turned in a report that was not correct. He was looking for a stud under a window and thought there was none there due to dry rot. In reality when the house was built the contractor framed the window wrong. He then re-framed the area by building a box the size of the window and inserting it around the studs. This left no stud under the window where he did his test.
