What a Screwed up place this is. I transferred to another company now I can't get an answer when they can pick up my old equipment. I think I'll charge them $50.00 a day Storage Fees. I just found out that this place is Shuttered, there were a lot of problems & complaints so now they are out of business. Good Riddance.
